The problem of coordination between wine bottles and bottle caps directly affects the functionality of wine products, and is the root cause of major quality problems such as leakage, picking up, and spinning. The correct analysis and understanding of the bottle and cap matching problems will effectively help us identify and control product risks.

One, three anti-tooth bottles of glass bottles

(1) Rotation of the bottle cap: After the glass bottle is matched with the bottle cap, the entire bottle cap rotates, and the bottle cap head cannot be opened normally.

1. The outer diameter of the three anti-tooth teeth on the glass bottle mouth is too small. The size of the interference between the rotating teeth of the glass bottle and the inner sleeve of the bottle cap is too small. When the cap is rotated, there will be a slip phenomenon;

2. The three anti-tooth teeth of the glass bottle mouth have been smooth, the bottle cap and the rotating teeth of the glass bottle cannot be firmly interlocked with each other, and it is easy to slip when the cap is rotated hard;

3. The anti-rotation ribs of the inner sleeve are too thin, resulting in a large rotation space and insufficient strength, which is easy to cause slippage during rotation;

4. The inner diameter of the inner sleeve is too large, and the anti-rotating rib meshing part is too small (the unilateral matching part is less than 0.5mm), which is also easy to cause slip;

5. The material of the inner sleeve is soft, the strength is not enough, and it is easy to slip.

(2) Bottle cap pumping barrel: When the glass bottle is matched with the bottle cap, the bottle cap can be pulled out from the glass bottle mouth, the reason analysis:

1. When the height of the glass bottle cap is shorter than the height of the bottle cap design, the bottle cap is not pressed in place, which causes the inverted tooth of the bottle cap to not be attached to the lower end of the glass bottle lock;

2. The diameter of the glass bottle lock is smaller than the diameter of the bottle cap design, so that the inner tooth of the bottle cap can not be hung on the lower end of the glass bottle lock or it is not hung firmly;

3. The height of the glass bottle lock is greater than the height of the design of the bottle cap. When the bottle cap is press-fitted, the inverted tooth of the bottle cap cannot be attached to the lower end of the glass bottle lock;

4. The bottom corner of the glass bottle lock is rounded or sloped. The inverted tooth of the bottle cap hangs up and slips, and the cap will be pulled out with force.

5. The claw is too thin or the material is soft, the cap is pulled out directly due to insufficient strength;

6. The design of the bayonet is too small (one side should not be less than 0.7mm). There may be a risk of breaking away.

7. The design of the bottle cap is too short, which results in less support when shaking the bottle cap, and the shaking range is too large, which may also cause the risk of breaking off.

(3) Leakage: After the glass bottle is matched with the bottle cap, the leakage between the bottle cap and the glass bottle is tested through the vacuum drying box. The main factor is that the inner plug of the bottle cap cannot closely cooperate with the inner wall of the glass bottle mouth. Cause Analysis:

1. The inner wall of the glass bottle mouth is not smooth (rough);

2. There are fine cracks on the inner wall of the glass bottle mouth;

3. The inner wall of the glass bottle has burrs and the surface of the bottle mouth and the entrance of the inner wall are sharp, scratching the inner plug of the bottle cap;

4. The inner diameter of the bottle mouth is greater than the diameter of the inner plug of the bottle cap and the interference between the inner wall of the bottle mouth and the inner plug of the bottle cap is too small, resulting in that the inner plug of the bottle cap cannot closely cooperate with the inner wall of the bottle mouth;

5. The inner wall of the glass bottle mouth is not a straight mouth, we call it a "hook". The bottle cap requires the inner wall to have a cylindricity depth of 8mm or more. Risk of poor performance;

6. The wall thickness of the inner plug is thicker, and it is not easy to deform in winter, which will cause poor adhesion to the inner wall of the bottle when illuminating, causing liquid leakage.

7. The design of the bottle cap is too short, which results in less support when shaking the bottle cap, and the shaking range is too large. When the light is illuminated, it does not fit well with the inner wall of the bottle, causing liquid leakage.

8. The design of the effective sealing surface of the inner plug is too short (less than 6mm), which will cause a poor sealing effect.

9. The diameter of the effective sealing surface of the inner plug is too small, resulting in too small an interference with the bottle (diameter less than 0.8mm). There is a risk of leakage.
